Instructions for Removing Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go! If you wish to remove your account, please follow these steps:

1- Login to Your Customer Panel:

• Use your credentials to log in to your account.Make sure you have access to the email or phone number associated with your account, as we may need to verify your identity.

2- Navigate to Your Profile Page:

• Once logged in, click on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
  Select “Profile” from the dropdown menu to access your profile settings.

3- Find the “Remove Account” Button:

• Scroll down to the bottom of your profile page.
  You will find a red “Remove Account” button.

4- Confirm Your Decision:

• Upon clicking the “Remove Account” button, a confirmation window will appear.
  If you’re sure about removing your account, click “Yes, Remove My Account.”

5- Account Removal Process:

• Your account will be permanently deleted.
  This action cannot be undone, and all your data will be erased from our system.
  If you change your mind later, you will need to create a new account.

Important Note: Removing your account means that all your personal information, data, and history will be permanently erased. Please ensure that you’ve downloaded or saved any important information before proceeding.
