Omidreza Ghanadiof, President of EEEAdvisor, INC, boasts over ten years in tech engineering leadership. His strategy and innovation have propelled company expansion. Creator of "DrBalcony" app and innovative seismic devices, Omid holds patents and master's degrees in Marketing and Industrial Management.

Gregory Carlos, a UC Riverside graduate, is a distinguished representative of DrBalcony. He has played a pivotal role in enhancing awareness about SB326 and SB721 ordinances, improving engineering inspections, and creating safer environments through collaboration with local jurisdictions.
Our founder, Omid Ghanadiof, have decades of combined expertise in Civil Engineering, Inspection construction and technology. His goal is to simplify and enhance the Building inspection process for everyone involved.
