Delete Your DrBalcony Account & Personal Data

DrBalcony stores only the information needed to provide our balcony-inspection services—your name, e-mail address, inspection history and, if you used Facebook Login, a Facebook-assigned user ID. If you ever want that data erased, follow the steps below.

1 · Ask DrBalcony to delete your account

Because there is no in-app delete button yet, please e-mail our team:

  1. E-mail: support@drbalcony.com
  2. Subject line: Delete my DrBalcony account
  3. Include the e-mail address you use to sign in (plus any details that help us locate your records).

You’ll receive confirmation within 1 week that your request is in progress.

2 · If you used Facebook Login — disconnect DrBalcony on Facebook

Disconnecting stops new data from reaching us and formally tells Facebook you want your data erased:

  1. Open Facebook → Account › Settings & Privacy › Settings
  2. Select Apps & Websites in the left column
  3. Find DrBalcony and click Remove
  4. Confirm the dialog

We revoke all login tokens and queue your data for deletion

All personal data—live records and backups—is permanently erased

We e-mail you a final confirmation of deletion
